Why would a prestigious international school choose Hj Chief Catering for their Graduation Day?

On 19 June 2026, Hj Chief Catering had the privilege of catering the Form 5 Graduation Day at Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar (KTJ), Mantin, serving over 500 guests.
When the organizers approached us, we knew this couldn't be just another school dinner.
KTJ is home to students from diverse backgrounds and cultures. The menu needed to be exciting, international, memorable, and worthy of celebrating a major milestone in the students' lives.
Instead of the usual event menu, we curated a dining experience that blended Asian and international flavours:

For us, creativity is not just about serving beautiful food.
It is about understanding the audience, the occasion, and creating an experience that guests will remember long after the event is over.
